Throughout her career, Heidi has specialized in practice administration, marketing, business development, compliance, credentialing, payroll, and team leadership. She works closely with physicians and staff to streamline operations, enhance the patient experience, and support the practice’s continued success.
Heidi is passionate about building efficient systems, developing high-performing teams, and creating a welcoming environment where patients feel informed, valued, and confident throughout their aesthetic journey. Andrea, Practice Manager
Andrea, a native Texan born and raised in Dallas, has been a committed professional in the cosmetic field since 2012. Her collaboration with Dr. Obasi, which started in 2016, has seen her become an indispensable part of the team. Her vibrant personality shines through her passion for boosting patients’ confidence through cosmetic surgery. Andrea is an avid traveler who loves exploring new places. Her energetic nature is further reflected in her love for dancing and singing, making her a truly dynamic individual.
Laney, BSN, RN- Nurse Injector
Laney is a BSN, RN, and aesthetic injector with a background in bedside nursing, where she developed a strong foundation in patient safety, clinical assessment, and compassionate care. Her own interest in aesthetic treatments inspired her transition into aesthetic medicine and a passion for helping others feel more confident while still looking like themselves. She believes that when we look our best, we feel our best.
With a philosophy centered around enhancing, not changing, Laney takes a thoughtful and personalized approach to aesthetics, focusing on neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and facial balancing to create natural, refreshed results that complement each patient’s unique features. Known for her warm and attentive personality, she takes the time to listen, educate, and create individualized treatment plans so every patient feels comfortable, confident, and cared for throughout their aesthetic journey.
Canerica, LVN- OR Cirulator, PACU
Canerica specializes in circulating OR and PACU nursing within noble cosmetic surgery, combining clinical expertise with a passion for helping others feel confident inside and out. She is especially passionate about mental health and women’s health, with a strong commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care, education, and advocacy throughout every patient’s surgical journey.
Brenda, Front Desk Patient Manager
Brenda, a Dallas native, joined Noble Cosmetic Surgery in 2020. As a mother of three (two boys and a girl), she enjoys shopping, watching Disney movies with her kids, and savoring her favorite beverages – coffee and Dr. Pepper. Her eclectic taste in music spans pop, bachata, and reggaeton. Whether at work or home, Brenda’s positive outlook and vibrant energy are truly a breath of fresh air.
Karen, Certified Medical Assistant
Karen is a dedicated Medical Assistant who became a part of the Noble Cosmetic Surgery team in early 2023. Her role primarily involves working in the back office and assisting in the surgery center, ensuring smooth operations and patient care.
Beyond her professional life, Karen has a deep affection for animals, with a particular fondness for turtles and pandas. Her interests extend to the realm of music, where she finds joy in the tunes of country music.
Karen also has a passion for beauty and aesthetics. This passion is evident in her personal care routines, as she always looks forward to having her nails and lashes done. This love for beauty complements her role at Noble Cosmetic Surgery, making her a perfect fit for the team.
